Picking & packing Warehouse Operative
Tonbridge / Maidstone / paddock wood/ gravesend
We are currently recruiting for a number of various picking and packing roles:
Duties can include:
- Picking various items from warehouses using handheld monitors or paperwork.
- Checking for quantities and quality.
- Checking, printing and attaching labels.
- Packing items into boxes and packaging containers.
- Removing stickers, replacing bar code stickers, prices etc…
- Wrapping items carefully to ensure safe passage.
- Lifting 5kg-10kg packages.
What these roles generally pay:
- Between £12.71 – £13.50 per hour (depending on shift etc…)
- 28 days holiday per year (as standard)
- Statutory minimum payments for SMP, SPP, SSP etc…
- Pension Auto enrolment (Employer contributions 3%)
